Information that helps us understand the project
For a residential request, share the number of rooms, whether ceilings and trim are included, the condition of the walls, any water stains or repairs, ceiling height, and whether the home is occupied. For cabinets, note the number of doors and drawers, the current finish, and whether the kitchen can be taken out of use during coating and curing.
For a commercial request, include the business type, approximate square footage, operating hours, occupied areas, required phases, special access rules, and desired completion window. Photos, floor plans, or a written list of surfaces can make the first conversation more useful.
We do not use paint to conceal active leaks, unsafe materials, structural movement, or unresolved mold conditions. Those causes should be corrected by the appropriate trade before finish work is scheduled.
What happens after you contact us
We review the basic scope, ask about the surface condition, and determine whether photos or an on-site look are needed. Once the work is understood, the next step is a clear scope covering preparation, included surfaces, coating assumptions, access, and scheduling.
